White-glove. Top-shelf. Concierge. Whatever term you want to use for high-level service, this is how we take care of you and every detail of your memorable moment. From beginning to end. But memorable events don’t just happen, they’re made. And this is our approach to planning for the best.
initial consultation
Before we even begin planning, we start with talking. And dreaming. With our complimentary 1-hour consultation, we can get much accomplished. Perhaps most importantly, we determine if our partnership is a good fit for you and for EventMaker.
Choose a package
EventMaker offers three distinct package designs, each flexible enough to fit your style and your goals. From a 30-day agreement, to a 4-month engagement, to a full-service offering, we will be with you every step of the way whatever your event or location.

Our goal is to always build relationships with our clients and to get to know your personality, your wishes, and your vision for your BIG day. We will never come in and try to push you any one direction. Instead, we want to simply walk with you, supporting you and carrying the logistics and creating the exact vision you desire. Most importantly, our goal is to remove all the stress so you can fully enjoy your wedding week— time with your friends and family—and not be distracted by the logistics or details.

We do not provide day-only services only because it does not give us the opportunity to fully capture your vision and implement your dream wedding. We like to have those weeks leading up the wedding to meet with you, understand your vendor line-up and responsibilities, and develop that relationship with your vendor list as well as initiating communication with all vendors.
